Henshin screens assets within a portfolio to identify alternative use, liquidity, and sustainability opportunities and pressures, to help prioritise buildings that require intervention.
Boots on the Ground

Henshin Capital Partners advised Nomura Real Estate Development on their £64 million acquisition of a St James’s Trophy asset. HCP sourced this opportunity and assembled a multi-disciplinary team to underwrite the acquisition, which was based on a retrofit strategy to enhance sustainability, wellness, and customer experience credentials to exemplar standards.

Henshin Capital Partners project-managed the sale of this super-prime Central London mixed-use asset, helping to define and articulate a retrofit-oriented business plan to prospective buyers. This approach successfully concluded in the sale of the asset-owning JPUT entity to Shaftesbury Capital PLC.
